SMPButKits is a public server where you can claim a kit every 10 minutes. As of now (Season 9), the kit is similar to the LifeSteal SMP Kit, featuring Protection III and Sharpness III enchantment limits, wind charges, 8m duration Strength II potions, totems of undying, and TNT Minecarts.
